Review of Woodland Gean LodgeOur family recently spent a delightful week at Woodland Gean Lodge, and it proved to be an excellent choice for a holiday in Scotland. Nestled just outside Killin, the location is ideal for both serious hillwalking and leisurely strolls, with stunning trails that catered to all fitness levels - a plus for this avid marathon runner. The lodge itself offers ample space for family gatherings, complete with outdoor areas for dining and relaxation, which we greatly appreciated during our evenings together. Although we encountered a minor issue with the dishwasher at check-in, the prompt response from the staff ensured our stay continued smoothly. The proximity to Loch Tay allowed us to explore various activities, from paddleboarding to hiking in the surrounding hills. Nearby, we also found opportunities for skiing, making it a versatile location for all seasons. Woodland Gean Lodge provides a welcoming atmosphere for families, complete with essential amenities and easy access to local adventures.
